Must-Have

Essential for MVP or project success. Without it, the product is unusable or delivery is impossible.

MoSCoW is a qualitative prioritization technique used to categorize requirements into four buckets: Must-have, Should-have, Could-have, and Won’t-have (for now).

It helps teams and stakeholders align expectations by defining critical features, desirable enhancements, and what’s being intentionally excluded. Often used in Agile and timeboxed delivery, it ensures focus and scope control.
