In my current role at Tata Digital, we’ve grown GMV by ~80% YoY in high-intent categories, improved funnel conversion from 2% to 4.5%, and delivered ₹100Cr+ incremental GMV through ML-powered personalisation and experimentation-led velocity and introduced new revenue streams through Onsite and Offsite Ad Sales.
My approach to growth focuses first on whom we acquire (traffic quality and intent), then on how fast they succeed (activation), then on why they return (attach, loyalty, category depth), and only then on optimising unit economics so efficiency scales on a healthy revenue engine.
I shape environments where PMs become strategic operators — with strong product judgment, system-thinking, clear success metrics, and the autonomy to make decisions close to the customer. My goal is to build leaders who can lead leaders as the business evolves.
