interviewhood is intended for individuals who are 18 years of age or older.

These Terms apply equally to:

• Jobseekers using the Platform for career growth, job search, learning, and preparation
• Experts (mentors, coaches, trainers, consultants, recruiters) offering services, sessions, or content

Collectively referred to as "Users."

2. Account Registration & Responsibilities

To access certain features, you must create an account.

You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information
• Keep your login credentials secure
• Be responsible for all activities under your account

You must not:

• Impersonate another person
• Share accounts or misuse access
• Use the Platform for unlawful or harmful purposes

interviewhood reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

3. Platform Services & Nature of Offerings

interviewhood provides tools and services related to:

• Career planning, job search, and interview preparation
• Learning, mentoring, coaching, and expert-led sessions
• AI-powered analysis, content generation, and insights

interviewhood does not guarantee:

• Job placement or employment outcomes
• Career advancement, income, or interview success

All outcomes depend on individual effort, market conditions, and external factors.

4. Expert Services & User Interactions

Experts are independent service providers and not employees or agents of interviewhood.

interviewhood:

• Facilitates discovery, booking, and communication
• Is not responsible for the quality, accuracy, or outcomes of expert services

Users are solely responsible for:

• Evaluating experts before engaging
• Decisions made based on advice or guidance received

5. Payments, Credits & Refunds

Some features or services may require payment or AI credits.

By making a purchase, you agree that:

• Prices, fees, and credit usage are clearly displayed before purchase
• Payments are processed via third-party payment providers
• Credits may expire or be non-refundable unless stated otherwise

Refunds, if applicable, are governed by the specific policy displayed at the time of purchase.

6. AI-Powered Features Disclaimer

interviewhood uses artificial intelligence to generate insights, content, and recommendations.

You acknowledge that:

• AI outputs are informational and not professional advice
• AI-generated content may contain errors or limitations
• You are responsible for reviewing and validating outputs before use

interviewhood is not liable for decisions made based on AI-generated results.

7. User Content & Ownership

You retain ownership of the content you upload or create on interviewhood.

By using the Platform, you grant interviewhood a limited, non-exclusive license to:

• Host, process, and display your content
• Provide Platform functionality and improvements

You must ensure that your content:

• Does not violate laws or third-party rights
• Is not misleading, abusive, or harmful

8. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• Abuse, harass, or harm other users
• Misuse AI features or attempt to manipulate systems
• Upload malicious code or attempt unauthorized access
• Circumvent pricing, credits, or platform safeguards

Violation may result in suspension or permanent removal from the Platform.

9. Intellectual Property

All Platform content, branding, software, and designs (excluding user content) are the property of interviewhood or its licensors.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer any part of the Platform without permission.

10. Privacy & Data Protection

Your use of interviewhood is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect and use your data.

By using the Platform, you consent to data practices described in the Privacy Policy.

11. Suspension & Termination

interviewhood may suspend or terminate your account if:

• You violate these Terms
• Your activity poses legal, security, or reputational risk
• Required by law or regulation

You may stop using interviewhood and delete your account at any time.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you to interviewhood in the preceding 12 months.

• Violation of these Terms or applicable laws

14. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts located in Jaipur, India.
