Job Description
We are hiring a Product Manager to own AdMedias publisher-facing products and portal, including onboarding,monetization tools, API integrations, shopping products, and performance reporting. The candidate will join the AdOperations team for managing clients advertising accounts by updating and analyzing digital ad campaign data. You must have strong attention to detail and accuracy and be able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
This role is responsible for maximizing publisher adoption, revenue per publisher, and product satisfaction.

9 : 30 AM to 6 : 30 AM IST

What Youll Own
- The overall publisher product experience across all touchpoints
- Strategy and roadmap for publisher-facing tools and monetization products
- Publisher onboarding, activation, and lifecycle journey
- Monetization enablement and optimization capabilities
- Reporting, insights, and performance transparency for publishers
- Integration and technical enablement (APIs, feeds, SDKs, or other implementations)
What Youll Do
- Define and prioritize the publisher product roadmap
- Work with BizDev & Account Management to understand publisher pain points
- Improve monetization UX and performance transparency
- Simplify technical integration flows
- Optimize onboarding and activation
- Use data to improve RPM, engagement, and adoption
- Quality Assurance (QA)
What Were Looking For
- 4 to 7 years of Product Management experience
- Experience in affiliate marketing, monetization platforms, or ad tech
- Experience working with APIs and integration-heavy products
- Strong UX instincts (you understand self-serve tooling)
- Comfortable prioritizing features based on revenue impact
- Experience working with data to drive product decisions
