About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced and driven Product Manager/Senior Product Manager to join the team.

You will be the product owner for the suite of consumer AI-native products we are building

The ideal candidate will be someone who has hands-on experience in building consumer-facing products, leveraging large language models and other AI tools

The charter will include of:

• Owning the consumer AI product suite end-to-end, not just execution.
• You’ll be responsible for defining

*what problems are worth solving with AI*

, how we solve them, and how success is measured-across discovery, build, launch, and iteration.

• Partnering closely with engineering, data, and design to co-create solutions contributing to model choices, system trade-offs, prompt strategies, evaluation metrics, and UX flows, while balancing speed, quality, and scalability.
• Shaping AI-first user experiences by deeply understanding user intent, behavior, and decision-making patterns, and translating them into intuitive, high-impact AI-powered journeys (not feature checklists).
• Driving experimentation and learning velocity shipping MVPs fast, running experiments, reading signals from real usage, and iterating based on outcomes rather than assumptions.
• Setting the bar for responsible, high-quality AI with a strong focus on reliability, trust, explainability (where needed), and avoiding “AI for the sake of AI.”
• Influencing product strategy beyond your roadmap bringing a strong point of view on where AI can (and cannot) create durable differentiation for the company.

Ideal Persona:

• A Product Manager with 3–7 years of experience.
• Who has worked on products where technology complexity meets real user problems (consumer-facing experience strongly preferred).
• Someone who is AI-curious and systems-oriented- you don’t need to be an ML engineer, but you’re comfortable discussing models, data dependencies, trade-offs, and limitations with technical teams.
• Ideally someone who has seen the 0-> 1 journey from idea to PMF - Either as a founder or early product manager for a consumer product (preferable consumer facing AI products) - And hence understand ‘user delight, retention, engagement’ frameworks and strategies.
• Bonus points if you have seen the Scale-up journey post PMF and understand paid user acquisition frameworks, strategies and understand organic growth frameworks.
