About the Role
We’re looking for a highly motivated Associate Product Manager to join our product team. In this role, you’ll assist in managing the product lifecycle from ideation and development to launch and iteration. You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams to build user-centric products that solve real problems and drive business outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with designers, engineers, and stakeholders to ship high-quality features.
- Write clear product requirement documents (PRDs) and user stories.
- Analyze user behavior and feedback to identify improvement areas.
- Assist in tracking product performance using analytics tools and user feedback.
- Participate in user interviews, testing sessions, and QA cycles.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, Design, or a related field.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Analytical mindset with a good understanding of metrics and KPIs.
- Basic understanding of product management principles and agile methodologies.
- Passion for building great user experiences.
- Familiarity with tools like Notion, Figma, or Mixpanel is a plus.
Good to Have
- Internship or project experience in product or tech-related roles.
- Experience with wireframing or writing PRDs.
