Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru for an Associate Product Manager. The Associate Product Manager will work closely with cross-functional teams to define product requirements, manage product roadmaps, and ensure successful feature rollouts. Key responsibilities include market research, gathering user feedback, collaborating with engineering teams, and analyzing product performance metrics to drive continuous improvement. The role also involves coordinating product launches and ensuring alignment with business objectives.

Qualifications

• Product Management skills, including roadmapping, backlog management, and feature prioritization
• Market Research and User Feedback analysis capabilities
• Strong collaboration skills for working with cross-functional teams such as engineering, design, and marketing
• Data analysis and problem-solving skills to assess product performance and drive decisions
• Excellent communication and organizational skills to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and experience using project management tools
• Background in technology, AI, or IoT-related products is a plus
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
