Roles and responsibilities:

• Meet customers to understand the challenges and identify product requirements
• Evaluate existing products building features & functionality benchmark
• Defining and scoping projects with clear, prioritised requirements
• Building detailed workflows, mock-ups that explain the product requirements clearly and work with the development team to deliver a successful finished product
• Driving user workflow for user experience, review and clarification sessions with software and quality engineering teams
• Track usage & technical parameters to prepare Weekly, Monthly, Quarterly MIS and analyse the same to take decisions related to development, usage & marketing

Desired Candidate Profile

• Good communication & documentation skills along with knowledge of product strategy
• Deep, holistic understanding of the business & desktop user experience (e.g. technology, user behaviour)
• Analytical and first principles thinking skills
