Role: Branch Product Manager

Business Vertical: Consumer & Gaming PC

Job Description:

1. Competency:

Product planning

a. Understand the product portfolio from the country product manager and market competitive situation. b. Assist the sales branch to plan the right product.

c. Plan forecast for next 2 to 3 months.

Supply chain management

a. Monitor sales/ inventory/ FCST, maintain reasonable run-rate of inventory.

b. Analyze sales/ inventory reports to come up with an actionable plan for aging stock liquidation.

Sales initiative

a. Take the initiative of making a billing plan and working closely with the branch sales team to execute it.

b. Grow the business by identifying business opportunities.

Analysis

a. Analyze internal and external data and come out with actionable insight.

b. Conduct competitive analysis.

Coordination

a. Work with country product manager to have a good alignment of product planning and sales planning.

b. Work with distributors and ASUS distribution team to ensure smooth supply of each product segment.

c. Work with other departments in head office if required.

d. Work very closely with the branch sales team to grow the business.

2. Org.-Fit

• Internal Org.: Closely work together with country product manager to have good alignment of product roadmap.
• Internal Org.: Closely work together with the branch sales team to grow the business
• Internal Org.: Closely Work together with distribution team to manage supply chain.
• External Org.: Align business plan with distributor by proposing logic billing plan.

3. Knowledge

• Knowledge in the consumer PC industry is preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
• Proficient in English.

4. Experience

• Bachelors degree or equivalent work experience.
• Experience in product roadmap management is preferred.
• Experience in sales field is preferred.
