We’re building toward category leadership in
automated construction monitoring
— and marketing plays a central role in defining that narrative.
The Role
This is Track3D’s
first senior marketing leadership hire
. You will
own marketing end-to-end
— defining strategy, positioning, and execution — and operate as a
hands-on individual contributor
initially. This role requires comfort with ambiguity, first-principles thinking, and close collaboration with founders, sales, product, and customer success.
This is not a role for someone looking to inherit a team or run a narrow function.
It is for someone who wants to
build and lead marketing from the ground up
.
What You’ll Own
Positioning & Messaging
- Define and own Track3D’s positioning across ICPs and personas
- Translate product capabilities into clear, compelling narratives
- Establish Track3D’s external voice and point of view
Go-to-Market & Demand
- Define the marketing strategy aligned to revenue and pipeline goals
- Decide which channels matter (and which don’t) at each stage
- Partner closely with Sales on target accounts, enablement, and deal support
Product Marketing & Enablement
- Own product narratives, launches, and core customer-facing assets
- Build foundational sales enablement (decks, one-pagers, case studies)
- Work with Product and CS to capture and amplify customer value
Category & Platform Narrative
- Drive Track3D’s long-term platform and category narrative
- Build thought leadership alongside near-term GTM execution
- Establish Track3D as a credible voice in construction progress monitoring
Team & Function Building
- Build marketing from first principles
- Hire and scale the team over time
- Create repeatable playbooks, processes, and operating cadence
Who This Role Is For
This role is for someone who:
senior-level experience
in B2B SaaS marketing
positioning and product marketing
at scale or early stage
first or early marketing leader
- Is comfortable being both
strategist and executor
revenue impact, narrative clarity, and long-term leverage
- Enjoys building in ambiguity and making hard calls
