Key Responsibilities:-
- E-Marketing.
- Manage online marketing platforms such as IndiaMART, company website, and social media.
- Generate and handle inbound leads from digital channels.
- Analyze lead performance and improve conversion rates.
IndiaMART Sales:-
- Handle IndiaMART buyer inquiries and seller panel.
- Respond to customer queries via calls, messages, and emails.
- Convert leads into orders through effective communication.
- Upgrade and optimize IndiaMART product listings.
Product Sales:-
- Understand product features, pricing, and applications.
- Explain products clearly to customers and suggest suitable solutions.
- Negotiate pricing and close sales deals.
- Coordinate with dispatch and accounts teams for order fulfillment.
Skills & Requirements:-
- IndiaMART lead handling.
- Basic understanding of CRM systems.
- Good communication and sales skills.
- Familiarity with digital marketing concepts.
- Basic computer skills (Excel, Email, CRM tools).
Key Performance Indicators:-
- Number of leads converted.
- Sales revenue generated.
- Follow-up efficiency.
- Customer satisfaction.
