Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced VP / Head of Technology to lead and scale the organization’s technology function across engineering, product development, cloud infrastructure, security, AI-led initiatives, and enterprise platforms.
This leadership role will drive execution excellence, platform modernization, and innovation across core verticals including eCommerce, Procurement & e-Sourcing, ERP integrations, Sustainability/ESG, and Business Services platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and execute the end-to-end technology roadmap aligned with business outcomes.
- Build and maintain scalable cloud-native, microservices-based architectures.
- Lead multi-product engineering teams across eCommerce, procurement, ERP integrations, ESG, and analytics platforms.
- Own full SDLC including design, development, testing, deployment, and support.
- Implement Agile, DevOps, CI/CD, and automated testing practices.
- Drive platform modernization including API-first systems and integration frameworks.
- Lead procurement and supply chain platform enhancements and integrations.
- Architect headless B2B eCommerce platforms, marketplace integrations, and catalog management systems.
- Oversee development of ESG and sustainability reporting platforms.
- Define and execute multi-cloud infrastructure strategy (Azure/AWS/GCP).
- Ensure compliance with security and regulatory standards (SOC2, ISO 27001, GDPR).
- Lead cybersecurity governance, observability, and cost optimization initiatives.
- Integrate AI/ML, LLMs, predictive analytics, and automation frameworks into platforms.
Must-Have Qualifications
- 16+ years of overall technology experience.
- 5–7+ years in senior leadership managing large multi-product engineering teams (50–100+ members).
- Strong experience in B2B platforms, Procurement Tech, or Supply Chain solutions.
- 10+ years in Cloud-Native Architecture (Azure/AWS/GCP).
- Expert-level experience with Microservices, Kubernetes (K8s), and Docker.
- 8+ years in DevOps, CI/CD, and modern engineering practices.
- 6+ years in B2B eCommerce architecture (headless commerce, marketplace integrations).
- 3+ years in AI/ML, Data Engineering, LLM implementations, or AI-driven automation.
