We are looking for a highly skilled Figma Designer who can design modern, user-friendly, and conversion-focused interfaces for web platforms and digital products. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in design systems, prototyping, and UX thinking, with the ability to translate ideas into scalable UI solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Design clean, modern UI for web platforms, dashboards, and landing pages using Figma
- Create and maintain design systems and reusable component libraries
- Convert wireframes into high-fidelity UI designs
- Build interactive prototypes for demos and product flows
- Collaborate closely with developers (especially frontend teams) for smooth handoff
- Improve existing UI based on UX principles and conversion optimization
- Ensure responsive and consistent design across devices
Must-Have Skills
- Strong expertise in Figma (Auto Layout, Components, Variants, Prototyping)
- Solid understanding of UI/UX principles
- Experience in design systems and scalable UI architecture
- Strong sense of typography, spacing, and color theory
- Clean and structured Figma file organization
- Experience in developer handoff (Figma Inspect, spacing, assets)
Good-to-Have
- Experience in SaaS or dashboard design
- Landing page design with conversion focus
- Basic understanding of frontend frameworks (Next.js / Tailwind CSS)
- Knowledge of micro-interactions and UI animations
- Branding and visual identity sense
