What you will work on
You will be helping in building the best AI-powered mentor for competitive exams. This involves improving how users experience the product - from first interaction to daily usage to conversion - across learning, practice, and consistency.
Requirements
- 0–2 years of experience or strong proof of work
- Strong product thinking and attention to detail
- Comfortable working with product data (PostHog) and writing SQL
- Ability to work closely with design and engineering
- Clear thinking and structured communication
- High ownership and bias for action
- Strong taste in product and UX
- Uses AI actively in workflows (Claude, ChatGPT, etc.)
- Have knack of vibe coding

Responsibilities
- Improve user journeys across activation, engagement, retention, and conversion
- Identify problems using data and user behavior, and prioritize what to solve
- Work with design and engineering to ship product improvements
- Collaborate with the growth team on experiments and product-led initiatives
- Continuously iterate based on user insights and performance
- Contribute to product and design reviews
- Take decisions balancing speed and quality
