Digital Customer Experience (DCX)

You won't just be building pages; you’ll be crafting end-to-end customer journeys that are data-informed and optimized for engagement. You will be responsible for translating high-fidelity wireframes into responsive, functional, and accessible web applications that elevate our brand's digital presence.

Key Responsibilities

• UI Implementation:

Develop high-quality, responsive web interfaces using modern JavaScript frameworks (React, Vue, or Angular).

• DCX Integration (Preferred):

Work with marketing and product teams to implement features that enhance the

Digital Customer Experience

, such as personalized content blocks, A/B testing variations, and seamless checkout/onboarding flows.

• UX Design:

Collaborate with stakeholders to create user flows, wireframes, and interactive prototypes using tools like

Figma

or

Adobe XD

.

• Performance Tuning:

Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability, ensuring smooth transitions and high "Core Web Vitals" scores.

• Design System Management:

Build and maintain a reusable component library to ensure visual consistency across all customer touchpoints.

• Accessibility (a11y):

Implement WCAG-compliant features to ensure the digital experience is inclusive for all users.

Required Qualifications & Skills

• Technical Stack:
• Core:

Mastery of

HTML5

CSS3

Modern JavaScript (ES6+)

• Frameworks:

Strong experience with

React.js

(preferred), including Hooks and State Management.

• Styling:
