Role Overview:
We are looking for a strong individual operator to own the market-facing clarity of our products. You will serve as the strategic connective tissue across Product, Sales, and Marketing. This is a high-initiative position for a builder who can drive 10x growth. You must be able to inject initiative into the team and solve problems without waiting for a playbook.
Key Responsibilities:
- Positioning & Messaging Source of Truth: Define and maintain our ICP segmentation and value propositions to ensure the entire organization tells one coherent, high-growth story.
- Sales Enablement System: Build the end-to-end enablement kit from the ground up (pitch narratives, decks, playbooks) and establish feedback loops to improve win rates.
- Website & Conversion Narrative: Own the messaging direction for high-impact surfaces to ensure our digital presence aligns with buyer intent and drives aggressive conversion.
- Operational Leadership: Act as an intermediate collaborator for day-to-day operations, bridging the gap between strategy and execution.
- Cross-Functional Alignment: Partner with Product to anchor narratives in roadmap reality and with Sales to ensure talk tracks match the "product truth."
Requirements:
- Experience: 610+ years in SaaS GTM, Product Marketing, or Enablement. You must have experience in high-growth environments (scaling products 10x), rather than managing stable products with incremental growth.
- High Agency: You are a "driver" who brings the "grind" necessary for this growth stage; you build reusable frameworks (systems thinking) and do not require constant management.
- Elite Communication: Excellent writing and editing skills with the ability to simplify complexity into crisp, commercial messaging.
- Global Mindset: Experience managing or collaborating with cross-cultural teams (particularly in India) is highly preferred.
- Commercial Instincts: You understand how deals are won and lost and can align stakeholders without formal authority.
