With plans to launch gold loan operations within Karnataka, the company aims to expand its footprint across geographies and diversify its product offerings in the future. Under the leadership of Mr. Rajeev Yadav, former Deputy CEO of AU SFB and MD & CEO of Fincare SFB, Celestia Money focuses on empowering financial growth and innovation. The company is currently recruiting for multiple roles, including HR, Sales, Operations, and Technology, to build a strong team and launch its ambitious operations.

Role Description

This is an on-site, full-time role based in Bengaluru for a Gold Loan Product Manager. The role involves managing and monitoring the gold loan product portfolio, designing and implementing strategic plans, and ensuring product growth in line with the organization's objectives. Responsibilities also include conducting market research to identify trends and opportunities, collaborating with various teams for product enhancement, and ensuring compliance with NBFC regulations. The Gold Loan Product Manager will be instrumental in achieving business goals and driving customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Comprehensive knowledge of Gold Loan products, operations, and customer behavior
• Proficiency in market research, data analysis, and development of product strategies
• Strong skills in stakeholder management, cross-functional team collaboration, and project execution
• Ability to ensure compliance with financial regulations and industry standards
• Excellent communication, organizational, and analytical skills
• Proven experience in the BFSI (Banking, Financial Services, and Insurance) sector, preferably in an NBFC or Gold Loan domain
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Finance, or a related field; advanced degrees or certifications are a plus
• Willingness to work on-site in Bengaluru and a strong understanding of the regional market trends in Karnataka

Preferred candidate profile

• 3-8 years in product management, preferably in gold loans, retail lending, or NBFCs.
• Familiarity with gold loan operations
• Understanding of RBI regulations with regard to Gold loans
• Analytical mindset with problem-solving ability
