About the Role

Kay Bee Bio Organic Pvt Ltd is looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer + UI/UX Designer who can bring ideas to life through compelling visuals and intuitive digital experiences. The ideal candidate should have a strong sense of design aesthetics, branding, user-centric thinking, and hands-on experience in creating both marketing creatives and digital product interfaces.

This role requires someone who can balance visual creativity with functional user experience, contributing to both brand communication and product/interface design.

Key Responsibilities

·        Graphic Design

·        Design high-quality creatives for:

·        Social media posts

·        Marketing campaigns

·        Brochures, flyers, banners, and presentations

·        Product packaging and promotional materials

·        Website and digital ads

·        Ensure brand consistency across all online and offline communication materials

·        Create visually engaging designs aligned with company branding and business goals

·        Collaborate with marketing and content teams to develop campaign assets

·        UI/UX Design

·        Design intuitive and user-friendly interfaces for websites, landing pages, dashboards, or mobile/web applications

Create:

·        Wireframes

·        User flows

·        Mockups

·        Interactive prototypes

·        Conduct design thinking for improving user journeys and usability

·        Work closely with developers and stakeholders to ensure smooth handoff and implementation

·        Improve existing digital interfaces based on user needs and business requirements

Required Skills & Qualifications

·        2–3 years of relevant experience in Graphic Design and UI/UX Design

·        Strong proficiency in Figma

·        Good understanding of:

·        Typography

·        Color theory

·        Layout design

·        Visual hierarchy

·        Branding principles

·        Experience in creating wireframes, prototypes, and UI screens

·        Understanding of user-centered design principles

·        Ability to manage multiple design projects and meet deadlines

·        Strong attention to detail and creativity

·        Good communication and collaboration skills

Preferred Qualifications

·        Experience working with consumer brands / product-based companies

·        Understanding of responsive web design

·        Familiarity with basic developer handoff practices

·        Knowledge of branding and packaging design is a plus

·        Interest in wellness, organic, agriculture, or sustainable product industries is an advantage
