VoltUp is building a scalable EV mobility platform integrating vehicles, infrastructure and
ecosystem partnerships. As we scale across cities, we’re looking for a Growth & Product
Marketing Manager to drive revenue growth, customer acquisition and retention through pricing
innovation, experimentation and deep customer insights.
This role sits at the intersection of growth, product and analytics, and will work closely with city
teams, product and marketing to optimise customer lifecycle and business performance.
● Work with city teams to design and improve pricing plans, and test offers/bundles to
increase revenue per customer
● Study customer behaviour and market demand to identify growth opportunities and improve
customer acquisition
● Track and improve customer journeys on the app, and work with product/marketing teams
to increase engagement and retention
● Run basic experiments (pricing, offers, campaigns) and analyse data to understand what
works best
● Use AI tools and dashboards to analyse data, create reports, and improve efficiency in
day-to-day work
● 1–4 years in growth, marketing, analytics or strategy roles
● MBA in marketing or strategy preferred
● Strong analytical mindset with experience in pricing and retention strategy
● Comfortable working with data, experiments and cross-functional teams
● Familiarity or willingness to learn AI tools and data-driven ways of working
