The Role: Architect of the Digital Journey
As our Growth Product Marketing Manager, you are the visionary and executor of our digital storefront. You don’t just "manage" a website; you own the transition from visitor to lifelong patient.
Your mission is to blend world-class brand positioning with deep technical execution. You are responsible for the "Conversion Engine"—optimizing website architecture, wireframing high-performing landing pages, and using sophisticated UX principles to remove friction from the healthcare journey. You are the bridge between Brand, Design, and Engineering, ensuring that PocketPills isn't just a functional tool, but the best digital pharmacy experience in the world.
1. Digital Architecture & Merchandising• The Blueprint: Lead the planning and information architecture for the entire PocketPills website. You decide what pages we need, where they live, and how they connect.
2. The Category Launch Playbook
2. Organic Growth & SEO Strategy• Intent-Driven SEO: Own the end-to-end SEO roadmap—from technical site health to content strategy. You prioritize "High-Intent" traffic over vanity rankings.
3. Messaging & Conversion Copy• The Narrative: Write the "raw" copy for new pages, translating complex pharmacy regulations and healthcare jargon into simple, persuasive, and credible DTC language.
1. Conversion Efficiency: Improvement in leading users from Landing pages into our funnels (CR).
2. Organic Growth: Increase in high-intent organic traffic and SEO-driven revenue.
3. Velocity: The speed and quality of new page launches and experiments.
4. Aesthetic Quality: The ability to elevate the PocketPills' "look and feel" to a global gold standard.
