About the role:
The Head of Brand & Product Marketing owns how they are positioned and perceived in the market, ensuring a strong and differentiated brand narrative. They lead product marketing, define value propositions, and drive go-to-market strategies that directly impact pipeline and revenue. The role also enables sales through compelling assets and builds external credibility through PR and analyst relations. Overall, they bridge brand, product, and sales to accelerate enterprise growth.
Responsibilities:
- Own brand strategy and narrative: Define brand positioning, messaging, and voice across all markets and product lines.
- Build a global brand engine: Lead storytelling, design, and thought leadership to make the brand a recognized category leader in AI-driven customer engagement.
- Lead product marketing: Define value propositions, differentiation, and go-to-market strategy; drive product launches and competitive intelligence.
- Enable sales success: Partner with Sales and Growth to create assets (battlecards, decks, one-pagers) that improve conversion and deal velocity.
- Drive visibility through PR and analysts: Manage Gartner, Forrester, media, and award programs to strengthen external credibility.
- Build and scale the team: Hire, mentor, and grow a high-performing brand and product marketing team across content, design, and communications.
- Own SEO and web strategy: Lead content and SEO initiatives to increase organic reach, engagement, and inbound demand.
Requirements:
- 5-10 years of experience in B2B SaaS marketing, with strong exposure to enterprise GTM and product marketing.
- Proven track record in building and scaling global brands.
- Excellent communication and executive-level storytelling skills.
- Deep understanding of product positioning, storytelling, and category creation in complex tech markets.
- Strong experience leading cross-functional teams (content, design, comms, PMM) and collaborating with Growth, Sales, and Product.
- Hands-on with content and creative strategy — comfortable guiding both narrative and visual identity.
- Analytical mindset - can link brand and product marketing efforts to pipeline and revenue outcomes.
