We are looking for a seasoned VP / Head of Technology to lead large-scale engineering and product teams for B2B platforms. The role will own the end-to-end technology roadmap and drive scalable, cloud-native solutions across eCommerce, Procurement Tech, ERP integrations, ESG, and Business Services.
This is a hands-on leadership role focused on execution, platform modernization, and AI-driven innovation.
Lead and scale multi-product engineering teams (50-100+).
Own technology strategy, architecture, and delivery aligned with business outcomes.
Drive cloud-native, microservices-based platforms using Azure/AWS/GCP, Kubernetes, and Docker.
Oversee full SDLC with strong Agile, DevOps, CI/CD, and automated testing practices.
Lead B2B eCommerce (headless commerce, marketplaces, complex catalogs) and Procurement platforms.
Ensure strong security, compliance (SOC2, ISO, GDPR), and system scalability.
Integrate AI/ML, LLMs, analytics, and automation into products and workflows.
Partner closely with Product, Sales, Delivery, and Business stakeholders.
16+ years of overall technology experience with 5-7 years in senior leadership roles.
10+ years in cloud-native architecture and enterprise-scale systems.
6+ years leading large, multi-product engineering teams (50-100+).
Strong experience building B2B platforms, preferably in Procurement Tech, Supply Chain, or eCommerce.
8+ years in modern engineering practices, DevOps, CI/CD, and automated testing (Selenium, Cypress, etc.).
3+ years of hands-on experience with AI, data engineering, LLMs, analytics, or AI-driven automation.
Proven expertise in B2B eCommerce architecture, headless commerce, marketplaces, and complex catalogs.
Expert-level knowledge of Azure, AWS, or GCP.
Strong expertise in microservices, Kubernetes (K8s), Docker, and API-driven architectures.
Experience with ERP integrations, procurement systems, analytics platforms, and enterprise middleware.
Deep understanding of security, compliance, scalability, and performance engineering.
Bachelor’s or Master’s in Computer Science / Engineering (MBA is a plus).
