As we continue to scale, we are looking for a
Head of Product Marketing
to define how we position Curately in the market and build the narrative that will power our next phase of growth.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys
owning strategy, shaping messaging, and working closely with founders and product teams
to define how a product wins its category.
What You’ll Own
You will be responsible for defining and executing Curately’s
product marketing strategy
, including:
Positioning and Messaging
- Define Curately’s positioning in the rapidly evolving AI recruiting landscape
- Craft clear, compelling messaging that differentiates Curately from competitors
- Translate complex AI capabilities into simple, powerful value propositions
Category and Market Narrative
- Help define the emerging category of AI-powered recruiting platforms
- Develop thought leadership around AI in talent acquisition
- Build the narrative that positions Curately as a category leader
Website and Content Strategy
- Own the strategic direction of the Curately website
- Lead high-impact content initiatives including:
- comparison pages
- category guides
- product narratives
- SEO-driven thought leadership
Competitive Intelligence
- Develop deep understanding of the recruiting technology ecosystem
- Build competitive positioning against HRTech, Recruitment Tech, Direct Sourcing Tech vendors.
Sales Enablement
- Create messaging and assets that help the sales team win deals
- Develop pitch decks, battlecards, and product narratives
Product Collaboration
- Work closely with product leadership to ensure market needs shape product strategy
- Translate product capabilities into clear market value
What We’re Looking For
We are looking for a
strategic thinker and strong storyteller
who can translate complex technology into compelling market narratives.
Ideal candidates will have:
- 6+ years experience in product marketing for B2B SaaS
- Experience positioning and launching software products
- Strong writing and storytelling skills
- Deep curiosity about AI and emerging technology
- Experience working closely with founders and product teams
- Ability to think strategically while also executing quickly
Experience in
HR technology, recruiting technology, or AI platforms
is a strong plus but not required.
