Head of Software (15–20 yrs) to lead cloud-based access control & security platform. Manage 3 in-house + 6 vendor team. Drive SaaS, OEM integrations, architecture & strategy. IoT/security domain preferred. Reporting to MD. Thane location.

Required Candidate profile

15–20 yrs exp in IoT/Security software. Strong in Cloud, SaaS, .NET, SQL, Serenity. Experience in hardware-software integration, RFID/biometric systems. Hands-on leader from mid-sized product firms.
