Qualification

MCA or B.Tech.Computer science with Accountancy Knowledge, M.B.A Accounting and Finance or Computer science.

Responsiblity

• Co-ordinate with sales team, give presentations to Overseas clients/prospects
• Take project ownership of clients/prospects from sales team after winning the project.
• Communicate with both domestic and international Customers, site visit if required
• Give presentation and training to customer.
• Gather and analyze customer requirements to ensure alignment with project objectives.
• Develop and execute comprehensive implementation plans, including timelines, resources, and risk assessments.
• Model the product to meet customer requirements, ensuring all functionality aligns with business needs.
• Facilitate effective communication and collaboration with cross-functional teams, including development, QA, and support.
• Oversee the successful implementation of the software product, ensuring it meets customer satisfaction and quality standards.
• Provide customer training and support to promote effective product adoption.
• Provide training and support to team members.
• Ensure continuous knowledge development through the company’s LMS portal.
• Diagnose and resolve issues that arise during implementation and post-deployment phases.
• Coordinate and facilitate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to validate that the solution meets customer expectations.
• Manage relationships with stakeholders to maintain clear and consistent communication throughout the project lifecycle.
• Complete project sign-off, ensuring all deliverables have been met and securing final customer approval.
• Report the project implementation progress to the Management in the Bi-weekly meeting.
