What You’ll Contribute
- Product UI/UX: Design intuitive flows and components for data-heavy applications
- Design System: Build and maintain components, tokens, and consistency across product and marketing
- Marketing Execution: Create on-brand visuals, Webflow pages, and motion assets
- Quality & Accessibility: Ensure strong typography, contrast, responsiveness, and performance
Role & Responsibilities
Product UI/UX
- Create user flows, wireframes, and high-fidelity designs using Figma
- Design data-dense interfaces (dashboards, tables, filters, forms) with clear states (empty/loading/error)
- Contribute to and maintain a scalable design system
- Prepare developer-ready specifications and collaborate during handoff and QA
- Gather usability feedback and iterate designs
Marketing & Web
- Build and update Webflow pages (layouts, CMS collections, interactions, SEO, redirects)
- Design assets for blogs, case studies, emails, and LinkedIn
- Create motion graphics for product explainers and micro-interactions
Design Operations & Quality
- Maintain organized Figma files, components, and asset libraries
- Ensure accessibility standards and responsive design
- Optimize assets for performance (compression, lazy loading, etc.)
- Document design patterns and support analytics tagging
Basic Qualifications
- 1–3 years of experience in product, brand, or marketing design
- Strong portfolio covering both UI/UX and marketing design
- Proficiency in Figma (components, variants, auto-layout, prototyping)
- Hands-on experience with Webflow (CMS, layouts, interactions)
- Good understanding of responsive design, accessibility, and web performance
- Strong communication skills and ability to meet deadlines
Preferred Qualifications
- Knowledge of motion design tools (Lottie, Rive, After Effects)
- Familiarity with design systems and React-based workflows
- Basic understanding of HTML/CSS for smoother developer handoff
- Ability to convert raw inputs (docs, spreadsheets) into clean visual designs
