Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Product and Sourcing Manager(Kitchenware Industry), based out in Gurgaon. As part of the Tupperware India team, the Manager will oversee product development, sourcing strategies, and supplier management to deliver high-quality products to market. The role involves vendor relationship management, cost optimization, market trend analysis, and cross-functional coordination with design, quality, and marketing teams.

• Experience in product development, supplier management, and sourcing strategies
• Strong analytical skills and market trend analysis capabilities
• Knowledge of supply chain management and cost optimization
• Demonstrated skills in project coordination and working across cross-functional teams
• Proven ability to build and maintain vendor relationships
• Proficiency in communication, negotiation, and problem-solving
• Experience in the consumer goods industry is preferable
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or a related field
