Job Description:

• Review code submissions to ensure quality, maintainability, security, and adherence to engineering best practices
• Clarify technical doubts and guide the team through complex problem-solving and architectural decisions
• Collaborate with the Product Owner to clarify requirements, communicate team questions, and ensure alignment on deliverables
• Design and oversee the development of scalable microservices supporting the virtual assistant platform
• Ensure system reliability, performance optimization, and successful deployment of ML models in production environments
• Lead and mentor the backend engineering team, conducting regular 1:1 meeting for guidance, feedback, and professional growth

You are a successful candidate if you have

• Strong experience in Golang development with proven track record in production systems
• Extensive experience building and maintaining high traffic microservices and distributed systems
• Hands-on expertise with Docker and Kubernetes for containerization and orchestration
• Proficiency with AWS services including S3, Lambda, SQS, CloudWatch, ECR, ECS, and EKS
• Working knowledge of Helm and Terraform for infrastructure automation and management
• Experience with Datadog for monitoring, observability, and system performance analytics
• Proficiency in GitLab CI/CD pipelines for automated testing and deployment
• Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies and software development best practices
