Role & responsibilities
1. Product Life Cycle Management / Improvement
- Manage end-to-end product lifecycle, from concept to retirement.
- Introduce new schemes, features, and improvements to enhance existing products.
2. Product Specialisation
- Act as the subject matter expert for assigned products.
- Provide in-depth product training and support to regional sales teams.
3. Market & Intelligence Gathering
- Collect and analyse market intelligence from multiple sources.
- Monitor market conditions, segment sizes, growth trends, and competitor activities.
4. Product Training
- Conduct regular product and sales skill training for channel sales teams.
- Develop training modules to improve sales effectiveness.
5. Product Launching / Market Survey & Reporting
- Conduct market needs assessment and feasibility surveys.
- Prepare and execute launch plans for new products, ensuring impactful entry into the market.
6. Product Coordination & Promotion
- Design and implement promotional schedules for new products.
- Organize product meetings, campaigns, and dealer engagement programs.
7. Product Strategy Development
- Create unique sales and promotion strategies, especially for concept-based or new-to-market products.
- Develop go-to-market strategies to build product acceptance and market share.
