Job Description
- Lead end-to-end product and feature launches, developing go-to-market strategies to drive adoption, upsell, and cross-sell.
- Define clear product positioning and messaging, translating customer needs and industry trends into compelling value propositions and use-case narratives.
- Conduct competitive and market analysis to identify opportunities and guide positioning, strategy, and product roadmap decisions.
- Gather and analyze customer insights and feedback to refine messaging, improve product strategy, and enhance adoption.
- Build thought leadership through whitepapers, POV content, and participation in industry events and webinars.
- Develop sales enablement assets including playbooks, battle cards, demos, and pitch decks to support deal acceleration.
- Own product messaging across campaigns, events, and digital channels, creating marketing collateral and optimizing website conversions through analytics and A/B testing.
The Successful Applicant
- 4-6 years of experience in B2B SaaS product marketing
- Experience in GenAI, conversational AI, or customer engagement platforms preferred
- Strong Go-To-Market strategy and product launch experience
- Excellent communication, messaging, and storytelling skills
- Ability to translate market insights and data into actionable strategies
- Strong analytical thinking and stakeholder management
- Experience collaborating with product, sales, and marketing teams
- MBA preferred
