Job Title: Manager Lending Product Design – Invoice Financing
Location - Gurugram
Key Responsibilities
  • Product Development: Design and configure end-to-end lending products, including working capital, supply chain finance, and digital bill discounting.
  • Financial Structuring: Develop innovative loan structures, ensuring optimal interest rates, repayment tenors, and fee models.
  • Risk & Compliance: Build risk mitigation frameworks and ensure all products adhere to RBI guidelines, NBFC regulations, and KYC/AML norms.
  • Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with sales, credit, and operations teams to translate market requirements into technical specifications.
  • Documentation: Draft and refine standard operating procedures (SOPs), loan agreements, and legal contracts for new product launches.
  • Market Analysis: Stay updated on industry trends and competitor offerings to ensure product competitiveness.
Required Qualifications
  • Education: Chartered Accountant (CA) preferred.
  • Experience: Minimum 2 years in a Bank, NBFC, Financial Consultancy, or Law Firm.
  • Domain Expertise: Proven experience in invoice discounting and factoring business.
  • Technical Skills: Strong proficiency in financial analysis and report handling.
Soft Skills
  • Excellent articulation and documentation abilities.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
