Position: Assistant Manager Marketing Lighting

Reports to: CEO
Key Responsibilities:
1. Product Management
- Manage the lifecycle of lighting products (LED bulbs, battens, floodlights, streetlights, decorative lights etc.).
- Coordinate with R&D and production teams for new product launches.
- Monitor product performance and suggest improvements based on market feedback.
- New product launch, Product positioning & pricing strategy
- Analyze sales data, product performance, pricing trends, and region-wise movement.
2. Marketing & Promotion Activities
- Plan and execute marketing campaigns to increase brand visibility.
- Develop promotional materials (brochures, digital content, POS).
- Organize dealer meets, exhibitions, and trade shows.
3. Scheme Planning & Execution
- Design and implement dealer/distributor incentive schemes.
- Track scheme performance and ensure timely communication to the sales team.
- Analyze ROI of schemes and recommend future strategies.
4. Market Research & Analysis
- Conduct competitor analysis and market trend studies.
- Track competitors' pricing, product features, and market positioning.
- Identify new opportunities for product positioning and pricing strategies.
5. Sales Support
- Work closely with sales teams to provide marketing tools and training about product features, USPs, and applications.
- Assist in achieving quarterly and annual sales targets through marketing initiatives.
6. Digital Marketing
- Manage social media presence and online campaigns.
- Coordinate website updates and SEO activities.
Skills & Qualifications:
- BE/BTECH/MBA/PGDM in Marketing or related field.
- 6–10 years of experience in marketing, preferably in the lighting/electrical industry.
- Strong knowledge of product management and promotional strategies.
- Excellent communication and analytical skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and digital marketing tools.
