Position Overview
Orient PVC Manufacturing Company is seeking a highly experienced and strategic
Marketing Manager to lead marketing initiatives across B2B (Business-to-
Business) and B2G (Business-to-Government) segments. The ideal
candidate will be responsible for driving brand growth, developing market
penetration strategies, managing key accounts, and supporting sales with
impactful marketing programs aligned with our PVC product portfolio.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Marketing & Planning
Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to
strengthen the company’s position in B2B and B2G markets.
Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and customer insights to
identify opportunities for growth in PVC product segments.
Build annual marketing budgets, plans, and ROI-based performance
metrics.
Business Development Support
Work closely with the sales team to develop marketing campaigns aimed
at industrial clients, contractors, government bodies, and infrastructure
projects.
Support tendering and government procurement processes with accurate
product documentation, presentations, and promotional material.
Brand Management & Product Positioning
Enhance the brand visibility of Orient PVC through targeted campaigns,
trade shows, exhibitions, digital marketing, and industry partnerships.
Develop product positioning, pricing strategies, and go-to-market plans
for new and existing PVC product lines.
Digital & Content Marketing
Oversee digital marketing initiatives including website management,
SEO/SEM, social media, email campaigns, and content creation for
B2B/B2G audiences.
Create technical and marketing content such as catalogues, brochures,
product videos, case studies, and whitepapers.
Stakeholder Engagement
Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers,
government departments, industry associations, consultants, and major
contractors.
Represent the company in industry events, government meetings, trade
councils, and PVC industry forums.
Team Leadership & Cross-Functional Collaboration
Lead and mentor the marketing team to ensure smooth execution of
campaigns and projects.
Collaborate with R&D, Production, Sales, and Supply Chain teams to align
marketing activities with business goals.
Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
MBA/PGDM preferred.
15–18 years of marketing experience in manufacturing, building
materials, industrial products, or PVC-related industries.
Proven track record in B2B and B2G marketing, government liaison, and
tender support.
Strong understanding of industrial buying behaviour and public
procurement processes.
Expertise in digital marketing, brand development, and product
management.
Excellent communication, negotiation, leadership, and project
management skills.
