The Role
We are looking for
exceptional Mobile UX/UI Designers
who can craft world-class Android and iOS experiences for healthcare applications.
This is not a template-based design role. We need designers who deeply understand:
- Mobile-first product thinking
- Human-centered healthcare workflows
- Complex data visualization
- Accessibility and compliance-conscious design
- Building intuitive experiences from clinical complexity

What you will be responsible for
- Designing end-to-end mobile experiences for Android and iOS applications
- Creating user flows, wireframes, high-fidelity UI, and interactive prototypes
- Designing dashboards, health data visualizations, and patient engagement interfaces
- Ensuring design consistency and scalability across our HealthTech AI platforms
- Collaborating closely with product managers, engineers, and AI teams
- Conducting usability testing and iterating based on real feedback
- Maintaining and evolving a scalable mobile design system
- Ensuring accessibility, clarity, and regulatory-aware UX
What we are looking for
- 3+ years of experience in mobile UX/UI design
- Strong portfolio of live Android and/or iOS applications
- Expert-level proficiency in Figma
- Deep understanding of Material Design and Apple Human Interface Guidelines
- Experience designing data-rich interfaces and dashboards
- Strong UX thinking — not just visual design
- Ability to handle complex product requirements independently
Strong advantage if you have
- Experience in HealthTech, MedTech, SaaS, or AI-driven products
- Experience designing for HIPAA/GDPR-compliant systems
- Familiarity with clinical workflows, EMR integrations or healthcare user journeys
- Motion design or micro-interaction expertise
- Experience building or contributing to design systems
