• Inspection Methods - CMM, CMM Arms, VMI, Laser Scan, basic Metrology, etc
• Pressure Testing, Marking
• Chemical Processing, Heat Treatment

• Software Skills CAD – CATIA, SolidWorks, UG-NX, AutoCAD, Excel, Power point,

• GD&T, APQP, Project Management

• Lean Six Sigma, 3P, AWO,

• Additive Manufacturing, Industry 4.0

• Fluent English and Communications Skills

RESPONSIBLILTY:

• New Parts Process Development, Execution and FAI Approvals w/ OTD >80% for FAI, 0 Escapes.

• Technology Development to support business growth and plans

• New Skills Development to build capabilities to meet ramp-up and volumes

• Drive continuous improvement in processes to reduce learnings curves and achieve cost outs.

• Support business growth thru Estimation Support, feasibility reports and manufacturing database.

ACCOUNTABILITY:

• Delivery Performance – Production, FAI

• Skills and technology roadmap development and implementation

• Building capability and capacity per business growth plan

KRA & KPO

• On time FAI Approvals – 80% Plan Vs Actual

• Major Continuous Improvement Project – 4 Per / Yr
