Ltd. commenced operations in 1976 to cater to the growing needs of Heavy Fabrication Industry with the emphasis on diversification, the 90s saw Anand Engineering expanding from primary ancillary of BHEL, Trichy & Ranipet, to an engineering enterprise focusing on technological supremacy, resilience and total customer-orientation. Roles and Responsibilities
- Develop new products from concept to production, ensuring timely delivery and quality standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and launch new products.
- Manage project budgets, resources, and schedules to meet business objectives.
- Good knowledge in Design for Manufacturing [DFM], Design for Assemble[DFA], Design for Manufacturing and Assembly[DFMA], Design for recycling[DFR], Design for Environment [DFE], Design for Dis assembly [DFD], Design for Excellence [DFE]
- Hands on experience in IATF 16949:2016 tools like- APQP, PPAA, DFMEA, PFMEA, SPC, MSA and relevant software
- Hands on experience in Autocad, Solidworks, MS office etc. & VE/VA Analysis
- Knowledge in latest Manufacturing Process/Practices & Reverse engineering
- Good exposure in engineering drawings/GD&T , Estimation /Job costing
- Project /Program management & Lean & Six Sigma
