Job Title: Performance Marketing Manager Digital Acquisition

Role Overview
We are looking for a Performance Marketing Manager to drive digital customer acquisition across paid channels. The role will be responsible for managing end-to-end performance campaigns across search, social, and display platforms, with a strong focus on data-driven optimization, funnel management, and ROI improvement
The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience managing large performance marketing budgets, scaling acquisition campaigns, and working closely with product, analytics, and agency teams.
Key Responsibilities :
Performance Campaign Management
- Plan, execute, and optimize paid acquisition campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Meta (Facebook & Instagram), YouTube, and other digital channels
- Manage SEM campaigns including keyword strategy, bidding optimization, and conversion tracking
- Scale performance campaigns while maintaining efficiency metrics like CPL, CAC and ROAS
Budget & ROI Management
- Manage and allocate large monthly digital marketing budgets
- Continuously optimize campaigns to improve conversion rates and cost efficiency
- Drive performance against acquisition targets and business KPIs
Data & Analytics
- Track and analyze campaign performance using tools such as Google Analytics, platform dashboards, and internal data sources
- Run A/B tests across creatives, landing pages, and targeting strategies
- Identify insights to improve campaign efficiency and funnel conversion
Channel & Funnel Optimization
- Work closely with product and tech teams to improve digital acquisition journeys
- Optimize landing pages, lead flows, and attribution tracking to improve conversion
- Drive experimentation and continuous improvement across campaigns
Stakeholder & Agency Management
- Coordinate with internal teams including product, analytics, compliance, and tech
- Manage external performance marketing agencies and ensure campaign delivery against targets
- Present campaign performance insights and optimization plans to stakeholders
Qualifications & Experience
- 5-8 years of experience in performance marketing
- MBA / PGDM
- Strong hands-on experience in Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube) and Meta Ads
- Experience managing large-scale acquisition campaigns and budgets
- Strong understanding of digital marketing funnels, attribution, and conversion tracking
- Analytical mindset with ability to interpret campaign data and derive insights
- Experience in BFSI / fintech / lending products preferred
- Familiarity with Google Analytics, marketing dashboards, and tracking tools
