Role & responsibilities
  • Interaction with OEM customers for new product development
  • Charge Balance study / Vehicle Application study
  • Design planning, Conceptual Design, Release of Design package, prototype build, Product validation and implementation.
  • Prepare DFMEA / Customer specific APQP documents
  • Preparing project reports on new development for Management
  • Design and Development of Lead acid battery Products and related components
Preferred candidate profile
  • Good knowledge of lead acid battery Technology
  • Anticipating Customer Issues and Providing Proactive Solutions
  • Good knowledge of Vehicle electrical system
  • Good Knowledge of FMEA, APQP, DOE, IMS System and related core tools
  • Project Management
