for the Indian Armed Forces.
We are looking for a
Mechanical Design Engineer (2–8 years)
to work on mission-critical, rugged hardware built to MIL & Indian defence standards.
???? Role Highlights:
- End-to-end mechanical design of small arms & fire-control units
- Precision rugged housing design (shock, vibration, thermal, recoil loads)
- Structural & thermal analysis (FEA)
- Prototyping, testing & design iteration
- Defence compliance (MIL-STD / JSS / GSQR)
- Cross-functional work with AI/ML, electronics & optics teams
???? Ideal Candidate:
- Strong in machine design, GD&T, tolerances
- Proficient in SolidWorks / Fusion 360.
- Experience in precision machining & rugged products
- Defence/aerospace background preferred
- Passion for indigenous defence technology
Work Environment
- Defence R&D & manufacturing setup
- Discipline-oriented & process-driven
- Rural plant location (bus facility provided from Hubli city to factory)
- Timings – 9am to 6.30pm (Monday to Saturday) Sunday holiday.
