### Key Responsibilities
### Product & Engineering Design Design innovative, ergonomic, and aesthetically refined medical devices and components. Convert concepts into detailed 3D CAD models suitable for prototyping and manufacturing. Design products optimized for injection molding, manufacturability (DFM), and assembly (DFA). Work hands-on with 3D printing and rapid prototyping for quick design iteration. Develop designs considering usability, human factors, and clinical workflow. Create engineering drawings, BOMs, and technical documentation. Support prototype validation, testing, and transition to production. Design Communication & Visual Content Design Instructions for Use (IFU) layouts aligned with regulatory and usability requirements. Create product packaging design including labeling, inserts, and visual presentation. Develop brochures, product sheets, and marketing visuals for new and existing products. Support creation of social media design content (product visuals, launch creatives, technical graphics). Ensure consistency in product aesthetics, branding, and visual identity across all materials.Work closely with R&D, QA/RA, and Marketing teams for accurate and compliant design output.
Required Qualifications Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Product Design / Industrial Design / Mechanical / Biomedical Engineering. 2-6 years experience in product design and development (medical device preferred). Strong sense of aesthetics, form, ergonomics, and visual balance. Proficiency in 3D CAD tools (SolidWorks / Fusion 360 / Creo / similar). Hands-on experience with 3D printing and prototyping. Good understanding of injection molding, plastics, materials, and DFM/DFA. Experience working with design software (Adobe Illustrator / Photoshop / InDesign / similar). Ability to handle both engineering design and visual design execution.
Preferred Skills Experience in medical device / healthcare product design. Knowledge of IFU usability standards, labeling, and packaging for regulated products. Familiarity with ISO 13485 design environment. Experience in brochure, product sheet, and packaging layout design. Basic understanding of branding and visual communication. Sketching and concept visualization skills. Exposure to human factors / usability engineering is a plu
