About the Role

• We are seeking a Product Designer a hands-on design leader who excels at craft, thrives on solving the hardest problems, and sets the benchmark for design quality
• This role is for someone who can turn ambiguity into clarity, drive complex initiatives end-to-end, and inspire other designers by example
• You will influence across teams, elevate craft standards, and deliver design work that becomes a reference point for the organization

What Youll Do

• Solve Complex, Ambiguous Problems: Lead design in critical product areas, breaking downcomplexity into elegant, scalable solutions
• Set the Benchmark: Deliver exemplary design work that defines the standard of craft across thedesign org
• Hands-on Craft Leadership: Stay deeply involved in execution, producing high-impact design workwhile inspiring peers through example
• Drive Ownership: Take full accountability for outcomes from problem framing to polished,system-ready solutions
• Elevate Team Craft: Mentor and guide designers, raising the bar in problem solving, productthinking, and execution quality
• Shape Systems & Frameworks: Extend and influence design systems, ensuring consistency andscalability across product surfaces
• Influence at Scale: Clearly articulate design rationale to senior stakeholders, shaping decisions andaligning cross-functional teams
• Self-Initiate: Identify opportunities proactively and lead design explorations without waiting fordirection

What Were Looking For

• 4- 8 yrs of product design experience with a track record of solving complex, high-scale challenges
• Portfolio that demonstrates mastery in craft and problem solving interaction depth, visual polish,and systems thinking
• Strong ability to translate ambiguity into clarity and deliver north-star experiences
• Recognized as a go-to problem solver for complex design challenges
• Experience mentoring mid-to-senior designers and driving org-wide uplift in craft
• Strong product sense, balancing user needs, business impact, and technical feasibility
• Self-driven, outcome-oriented, and uncompromising on craft quality
