KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Key Responsibilities (Concise)
- Define and execute product roadmap for solar inverters, lithium batteries, and energy storage systems.
- Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and identify customer needs.
- Collaborate with R&D/engineering for product development and improvements.
- Prepare product specifications, datasheets, and technical documentation.
- Support sales with technical discussions, proposals, and customer requirements.
- Plan and execute product launches with marketing teams.
- Deliver product training to sales teams, partners, and internal stakeholders.
- Act as product expert and create simplified training materials and demos.
- Monitor product performance and drive continuous improvements.
- Manage pricing, positioning, and product profitability.
- Coordinate with service teams for feedback, issue resolution, and warranty support.
- Prepare technical responses and compliance documents for tenders.
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:
Education:
· B.E./B.Tech in Electrical, Electronics, power electronics, Electronics & communications or Energy Engineering (mandatory)
· MBA in Marketing / Product Management preferred.
Experience:
- 12 years of experience in product management and 5 years technical within the solar, battery energy storage, or renewable energy sector.
- Strong understanding of solar inverters (string, hybrid, Micro BESS), lithium-ion batteries, and energy storage applications (residential, C&I, utility-scale).
