We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven
Product Manager
to lead the development and delivery of our next-generation SaaS solutions, with a particular focus on
workflow-driven products
and
Generative AI applications
. This role is ideal for someone with a strong analytical foundation, excellent cross-functional collaboration skills, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.
You will own the product lifecycle from planning to execution, working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that products are delivered on time, meet high quality standards, and exceed client expectations.
Key Responsibilities:
end-to-end product lifecycle management
– from ideation, feature prioritization, to launch and post-launch analysis – for a suite of B2B SaaS products.
- Collaborate with engineering, design, marketing, and customer success teams to ensure successful product delivery aligned with business goals and user needs.
- Lead
workflow definition and optimization
, ensuring seamless and scalable customer journeys across the product suite.
- Analyze usage data, product metrics, and customer feedback to drive data-informed decisions and continuous product improvement.
- Oversee
client onboarding, launch, and post-launch experience
, prioritizing tasks based on criticality and impact.
- Monitor client engagement and health metrics to proactively identify and mitigate potential churn risks.
- Work with cross-functional teams to build and scale
Gen AI-powered applications
, enhancing automation, personalization, and user engagement.
- Support internal process improvements and automation initiatives to streamline product operations and accelerate time-to-market.
- Serve as a voice of the customer internally, advocating for high-impact features that enhance value and usability.
Qualifications:
of post-MBA experience in
Product Management
or a related field, preferably in SaaS or enterprise technology.
- MBA from a Tier-1 institute (e.g., IIMs, MDI, IIFT, or equivalent) strongly preferred.
- Demonstrated experience in managing
SaaS products
and a strong grasp of the
software development lifecycle (SDLC)
.
- Exposure to building or integrating
Generative AI
capabilities within software products is a strong advantage.
- Strong analytical skills with hands-on experience in tools for data analysis and visualization (e.g., Excel, SQL, Tableau, Mixpanel, etc.).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a track record of effective stakeholder and client engagement.
- Exceptional project management, prioritization, and multitasking abilities in fast-paced environments.
- High attention to detail and a strong bias for action and quality.
Nice to Have:
- Experience with Agile methodologies and tools like Jira or Asana.
- Background in user research or UX/UI collaboration.
- Knowledge of AI/ML concepts and real-world implementation in products.
