Responsibilities:
Product & Roadmap
- Define and prioritise the app roadmap aligned to learning outcomes and business goals
- Write clear PRDs, user stories, and acceptance criteria for the engineering team
- Run A/B tests and use data to iterate quickly on features
User & Content
- Research parent and child needs to inform product decisions
- Design intuitive content discovery, curriculum flows, and daily learning habits
- Ensure a safe, age-appropriate experience for children aged 0–9
Growth & Monetisation
- Own subscription KPIs — trial conversion, renewals, and LTV
- Identify opportunities for new features, tiers, and international expansion
What We're Looking For
Must Have
- 1–4 years of product management experience in consumer apps, ed-tech, or media
- Strong track record shipping and iterating mobile products (iOS & Android)
- Comfort with analytics tools (Mixpanel, Amplitude, Firebase, or similar)
- Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills
Nice to Have
- Experience with kids' platforms, OTT/streaming, or subscription businesses
- Familiarity with multilingual product development or global rollouts
- Background in or passion for early childhood education
