Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Product Manager based in Noida, with an option for partial work-from-home. The Product Manager will be responsible for managing the entire product lifecycle from ideation to launch. Key responsibilities include market research, developing product roadmaps, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring successful product delivery. The role also entails analyzing customer feedback, identifying trends, and optimizing the product portfolio to improve outcomes and meet healthcare needs.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of product development, product roadmapping, and lifecycle management
• Proficiency in market research, customer analysis, and identifying market trends
• Excellent collaboration and teamwork skills to coordinate with cross-functional teams
• Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively
• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Pharmacy, Life Sciences, or related fields (MBA is a plus)
• Experience in healthcare, pharmaceuticals, or related industries is highly desirable
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
• Proven track record of successfully launching and managing products
