We're hiring a Product Manager – Generative AI & Agentic AI for a client at the forefront of the AI revolution.
As the Product Manager – Generative AI & Agentic AI, your responsibilities would be:
- Leading the end-to-end product lifecycle for GenAI and Agentic AI applications from ideation to launch and continuous optimization.
- Translating business needs and user requirements into detailed product specifications, user stories, and technical requirements.
- Leading User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for AI features, including prompt testing, model evaluation, and deployment of AI agents.
- Managing AI product strategy, including model selection, fine-tuning requirements, and integration with existing systems.
- Driving responsible AI practices, including bias mitigation, safety protocols, and ethical development standards
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience as a Product Manager with at least 2+ years specifically in building AI/ML applications.
- Proven track record of developing and launching AI-driven products from scratch, particularly GenAI.
- Strong understanding of GenAI technologies, including LLMs, prompt engineering, RAG systems, and agentic AI.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to evaluate model performance.
- Ability to write clear product requirements and communicate effectively across technical and non-technical teams.
- Experience with AI frameworks such as LangChain, AutoGen, OpenAI API, or Claude Gemini.
