Key Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end product lifecycle - discovery, definition, delivery, launch, and continuous improvement - across both investor-facing journeys and core internal financial systems.
• Design systems and workflows that reduce manual intervention, improve accuracy of financial processes, and maintain strong auditability and compliance readiness.
• Foster strong cross-functional collaboration to deliver high-quality, scalable product outcomes.
• Drive release cycles and product execution by aligning stakeholders, while prioritizing initiatives based on customer pain points, business impact, risk, and engineering effort.
• Identify opportunities where automation, AI, or ML can meaningfully improve efficiency, accuracy, or investor experience (e.g., onboarding validation, reconciliation, fraud signals, anomaly detection).
• Leverage AI-assisted development tools to prototype workflows, write queries/scripts, test integrations, and support lightweight code deployments for faster experimentation and validation of product ideas.
• Use data, experiments, and user insights to iterate and improve product performance.
• Track trends, regulatory expectations, and competitive developments in the mutual fund and fintech ecosystem.

Key Requirements

• 2–4 years of product management experience, preferably in fintech, wealth-tech, payments, or SaaS platforms involving complex workflows or integrations.
• Strong ability to translate business and operational problems into clear product requirements, specifications, and prioritization decisions backed by impact and trade-offs.
• Comfort working closely with engineering teams, able to understand APIs, data flows, system constraints, and participate meaningfully in technical discussions.
• Exposure to AI/ML-enabled products or AI-assisted workflows, experience using AI tools for prototyping, analysis, or accelerating product discovery is strongly preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders and align teams across Technology, Operations, Compliance, and Design.
• Strong execution discipline, detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple initiatives in parallel without losing focus on outcomes.
• Understanding of the mutual fund, investing, or financial services ecosystem is a strong plus.
