Product Manager JD:

Roles and Responsibilities:

Establishing a robust product strategy using inputs from internal stakeholders such as business leads, delivery leads and leadership teams, as well as keeping in mind market trends.

Building a ROI-driven product road map that captures the full life cycle of the product from concept through maturity and eventually to disinvest stage.

Managing work allocation of scrum teams by translating features into prioritize user stories.

Building and actively managing a product backlog of features and capabilities that are groomed and prioritized in close collaboration with the business teams.

Full participation in and support of agile practices and ceremonies to reinforce the agile transformation of the delivery team.

Communicating and building consensus across multiple departments in creating the software product requirements.

Thinking and innovating design to explore new ideas and drive the outcomes quickly.

Proactively assisting the business to identify upcoming conflicts and resource gaps.

Moreover serving as primary interface with development teams and technology teams on project planning and management.

Contributing in creative brainstorms to improve the quality of AI teams services.

Tracking investments and outcomes and report to leadership.

Helping prioritize resources and investments.

Driving penetration and growth of product portfolio.
