About the role

We are seeking a Oracle Fusion Functional Consultant with good expertise in Record-to-Report (R2R) and Customer-to-Cash (C2C) processes. The ideal candidate should have experience in Oracle Fusion Finance implementations, with a strong understanding of global finance operations, solution design, and integration strategies.

You will be responsible for

R2R Responsibilities:

Lead the design and architecture of Oracle Fusion Finance R2R solutions.

Should be able to configure and test modules such as General Ledger, Cash Management, Fixed Assets, Receivables, and SLA.

Conduct solution design workshops and stakeholder sessions.

Drive data migration and integration strategies.

Ensure compliance with global accounting standards and localization (e.g.,EMEA).

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration with upstream/downstream systems.

C2C Responsibilities:

Analyze and optimize Order Management, Receivables, Collections, and Revenue Recognition processes.

Configure Oracle Fusion modules to support end-to-end C2C workflows.

Work closely with business users to gather requirements and translate them into functional designs.

Support automation initiatives and process improvements across the C2C cycle.

Provide training and documentation for end-users and support teams.

You will need

8+ years of experience in Oracle Fusion Finance implementations.

Strong functional knowledge of R2R and C2C modules.

Experience with global rollouts, multi-entity setups, and localizations.

Hands-on experience in data migration, integration, and customization.

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Oracle Fusion Functional Certification preferred.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience in Finance implementation cycles.

Background in Finance & Accounting

Exposure to AI-driven automation and analytics in ERP systems
