Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position for a Product Manager, based in Mumbai. The role involves end-to-end product lifecycle management, including market analysis, identifying opportunities, and developing strategies for product portfolio expansion. Responsibilities include collaborating with cross-functional teams, conceptualizing and executing marketing campaigns, generating data-driven insights, and ensuring products meet customer and market needs. The Product Manager will also monitor competitor activities and ensure the sales team is equipped with effective promotional tools and strategies.

Qualifications

• Proven expertise in product lifecycle management, marketing strategy development, and market analysis.
• Strong skills in team collaboration, communication, and cross-functional coordination.
• Proficiency in data analysis, problem-solving, and identifying market trends.
• Experience in the pharmaceutical industry, particularly in therapeutic product categories, is highly preferred.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, Management, or a related field.
• Ability to work on-site in Mumbai and manage deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong organizational skills and a customer-focused approach.
